Greetings, it is I Kuthumi,
I am here to present the third message in the series of “What limits you from creating and maintaining Christ Consciousness.” This month I wish to discuss with you the importance of knowing yourself intimately. Many know their best friends better than they know themselves. You may ask how can I achieve such an in-depth knowledge of myself and what motivates me daily as I create my life experience.
Well, dear ones, it takes self-observance. It also requires your conscious attention to your thoughts and feelings. You must cultivate mindfulness of recurrent thoughts as well as the emotions that you choose. This type of awareness is not easy to develop. It seems effortless to revert to old patterns of unconsciousness. Unconsciousness is the state that you are most accustomed to navigating through your life experience. The 3rd dimension is a dense and limiting dimension. The energetics of this dimension hinders you greatly on many levels. This dimension also energetically keeps you in a state of fear, separation, and limitation.
As you awaken and navigate in the 4th dimension, it is easier to make different choices, as well as create changes in your life. It is essential that you understand where you are dimensionally because the energetics and programming of a dimension have a direct correlation as to how you can consciously create changes in your life experience. Know that you are capable of consciously choosing your thoughts and your emotions precisely as you enter into a 5th-dimensional energetic paradigm. All that is required of you is to be alert and notice your thoughts. Notice when your feelings are negative or judgmental.
Transformation of consciousness is about awakening. It is not about judging yourself harshly. Self-judgment will only create a feeling of unworthiness and delay your journey into the awareness of yourself as a Divine Being of Light. When you notice that recurrent thoughts or emotions do not represent your divinity, all that is needed is for you to observe them without judgment and then choose a different thought or feeling to replace them. Sometimes, all that is required of you is to make an effort to notice your thought and emotion. The next time a similar incident occurs, you will have an awareness that you can choose differently and you will. How wonderful for you to see this happen before your very eyes! This observance alone will motivate you to continue to be aware of yourself and your thoughts and emotions. Subtle changes will continuously take place when you dedicate yourself to this process.
Spend some quiet time in self-reflection daily. When you spend quality time by going within yourself, you learn a lot about yourself. You shut the door to the noise and chaos of the outside world. During this time, notice the beauty of your soul/spirit that God created in you. You were created in the beauty of the Divine Image, and you were quite magnificent. But you forgot this image when you chose to navigate in a denser dimension. It’s time now to recall some of that memory so that you can make choices in your daily life that represent your original soul’s purpose in this life.
How will you know this for sure if you are unconscious and refuse to notice how you presently navigate your life experience? There are some simple direct changes you can make that will bring you into the refinement of your original state. These changes always begin by noticing how you create your life experience through your thoughts and emotions. This valuable body is called the Mental/Emotional Body. It is the most powerful creative force that you possess while you are in a human form. The Mental/Emotional Body was one of the most fragmented parts of you when you began to navigate through the 3rd dimension. You can change this by merely creating the intention to pay close attention to your thoughts and feelings throughout your day. You are that powerful of a creator. Do not judge yourself in times when you fail to be mindful. When you notice you haven’t paid attention, reinstate your intention to be aware, either for the remainder of a day or the next day. It is always helpful to restate this intention each morning at the beginning of your day.
Soon you will be able to see what a beautiful creative being that you are. You will want to continually grow that awareness by making choices that enhance this vision. You will take the steps necessary to limit the options that you chose in the past so as not to detract from what the source of your being created in you. Once this process has become ingrained in your consciousness, you might notice other parts of you that awaken. You will recognize the quiet voice of guidance of your soul that embraces the wisdom from many life experiences through different dimensional sequences. The more you practice self-awareness, the easier it is to stay conscious.
In your quiet reflection time, invite your wise soul essence to speak to you. Take note of how your soul presents itself from the soft interior of you. Trust this guidance. Learn to discern the difference between your soul’s voice and that of your ego. Your ego’s voice is always louder and tries to puff up your self-esteem. The soul’s wise voice is quiet and is founded in love and acceptance, gently guiding you into mindfulness and refined states of consciousness. Notice how you create your motives. Are they created through your ego to make you look better in another’s eyes? Or are they created from your innate wisdom, through love that has no other motive than to express itself through the creative energy of love? These are some of the things that you will begin to notice as you spend more time getting to know yourself intimately.
When you create a relationship with another, it requires spending some time getting to know the individual and enjoying his or her company. Time spent within yourself, learning who you are, and enjoying this quiet reflection time is essential to knowing yourself more intimately. Self-reflection is a vital step you all must take on the path of transformation and ascension.
