Greetings, it is I Jeshua,

These are times of change and transformation. It is of great importance that you travel the path of ascension in full consciousness and complete immersion in the Element of Love. You are only in full conscious awareness when you are fully present in your Sacred Heart. When you continually access the consciousness of your Sacred Heart, you empower yourself to create effectively and powerfully. There is never any doubt in your abilities or your worthiness when you are in your Sacred Heart consciousness. You know yourself as a pure expression of the Source of your being.

You cannot attain Sacred Heart consciousness when you revert to a 3rd- or 4th-dimensional reality because you are held in the denseness of that reality by doubt, self-judgment, and fear.  In this dimensional state doubt regularly triggers you in yourself and you fall into fear. You worry about your survival and whether you will be loved and accepted. Doubt activates the energetics of self-judgment that that is so prevalent in these dimensions. Your mental/emotional body is compromised by the thoughts and emotions that are prevalent in this state of being.

When your mental/emotional body is compromised, it is so important that you monitor your thoughts and feelings. Stay aware of what you are thinking and feeling. Start your day, every day, by opening your Sacred Heart. Set your intention to be fully present today in your Sacred Heart consciousness. Fill your physical body as well as your mental/emotional body with the vast light frequencies that are an emanation of your Sacred Heart consciousness. Picture yourself within the powerful, luminous white star tetrahedron. The white star tetrahedron is an energetic configuration that leads you into your Sacred Heart consciousness. Let this feeling wash over every level of your being both physically and non-physically.

Notice the thoughts that are present. There is no chatter from the rational mind. There is only the calm, peaceful presence of knowing yourself as a competent creator of your life experience in that very moment. You recognize the love that is present and your vast divinity in this intimate state of consciousness. Allow yourself to absorb every nuance of this state of being. Sit in this reality for a while and incorporate this awareness. In this way you reinforce your 5th-dimensional awareness, strengthen it, and stabilize it at every level of your being. This daily practice is of primary importance in these entry-level ascension times. This practice alone will assist you in maintaining a consistent level of Sacred Heart consciousness.  Your ability to maintain a consistent and coherent frequency of light and level of refined consciousness will help you immeasurably. It will catapult you into even more refined dimensional states of reality that you never thought possible at this current time.

When you feel complete in this experience, begin your day. You are fully conscious now and are alert to any changes that might occur that would disturb your ability to maintain your Sacred Heart consciousness. If a disturbance occurs, immediately take note. Do not judge it but return to the calmness of your Sacred Heart. A consistent presence takes daily practice and due diligence.

There is no possibility of failure because you have set your intention to operate from your Sacred Heart at the beginning of every day. You are ready now. Your experience of many lifetimes has led you to this moment. Your heart chakra is open and functioning properly. Because of this all of your other chakras can function more coherently. The Luminous White Light of Source energy runs throughout your being.

One of the things that may interrupt you at the beginning of this crucial practice is a continual, yet fleeting feeling of doubt or self-judgment. Do not let this confuse you or send you into thoughts that separate and divide you from the complete state of love that is only found in your Sacred Heart consciousness.

The Element of Love can only be accessed and used through your Sacred Heart consciousness. When you cultivate this state of consciousness daily, you stabilize it in your being. You are capable of great things. Many of you have been in awe of what I did in a lifetime as Jeshua. You still wonder what I meant when I said that you could do greater things than I did. I planted the seeds and set an example for you to follow. Now I lead you to your Sacred Heart consciousness. In my day, this was considered a miracle because the physical energies were so dense.

The 3rd- and 4th-dimensional experiences are healing because many of you are seeing the unity of Source energy. You remember that you can never be separate from any part of Source creative power. You are that. This consciousness is only found in your Sacred Heart. When you consistently eliminate doubt and self-judgment from your mental/emotional body, you see yourself as the beautiful Light Being that you are. We are alike, dear ones because we have traveled a path of the limitations of the physical world and risen to the heights of our real state of being as the pure love and light of Source. I am with you. We travel the path together, and you will reach realities that you could have never dreamed.

Much is being healed. Separation is being eliminated not just in your consciousness but throughout your entire being, physically, as well as non-physically. The function of your brain is being unified in the presence of the immense love and light of Source energy that you are capable of bringing into the physical body. The cells of the body can function completely and replicate precisely from their original perfect state. Because of this, the organs function efficiently. All of this is accomplished because of the light frequencies that you a now capable of maintaining in your physicality now.

Your Sacred Heart consciousness alters your psychology through the more refined thoughts that you think and the more refined emotions that you choose to feel. Limiting beliefs are eliminated. Brilliant luminous white Source energy shines on the denser and darker portions of your physical expression and transforms them into light.

Look at these things. See the great changes that you have created within yourself so that you can know yourself in every moment as an expression of divine Source energy. Follow my lead beloveds, and we will fill the Earth and humanity with pure Undifferentiated Light and Love energy.
